Some books may have a page naming all the people who helped you write, edit, and publish it. You should credits for the printed book out of the audiobook version unless your publisher insists.

People who buy audiobooks want you to minimize the formalities and get right into the reason they bought it -- they want to hear the story. It's great to give credit to the people who helped you with audiobook, have it printed on the media, but don't record it.

If you have a dedication, go ahead and read it on the recording. Pause briefly afterwards to let the listener settle in for the main course.
