If you are recording tomorrow, don't do excessive anything today. Areas to focus on:

Muscles:

  • You'll be sitting without shifting positions. Aching muscles will distract you. Put off moving furniture, heavy lifting, and long hikes, unless you're in shape for them.

Vocal cords:

  • Swallowing hot pizza can burn your vocal cords. Long and loud cheering at the game can leave your voice raspy tomorrow.

Mental powers:

  • You want to be fresh. Easy on the alcohol and get a good night's sleep.
